Homity Pie

Check out this new recipe on Tasty Kitchen.  It calls for pancetta but I know substituting kosher salami or something similar would be perfectly fine.  I love the rustic feel of this tart as a lunch main course or brunch option.  I bet it's a great way to use leftover potatoes also.
