Just got this book from a church library I've recently found. I can't wait to read it. I've been thinking a lot lately about heritage and what I can leave behind for my children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc. I want them to know who I was and all the life lessons I learned along the path of my life. I don't have it from my own family and wish I did. So maybe I can change it for my own descendants. That's what this book is....it is a grandmothers "pearls of wisdom" that she shares and then allows the reader to begin compiling a list of their own.
I'll follow up soon with some of my gleanings from the book.
