There is an italian restaurant in the shopping center where I do my grocery shopping and the smells of garlic and chicken sometimes make me salivate.  This smell has been on my mind all week so I think I am going to try and create those flavors for my Shabbat supper tomorrow night.  I am picturing chicken breasts lightly browned and smothered in a garlicky, maybe lemony, sauce over pasta.  As I was thinking about how to create this I thought of shrimp scampi - without the shrimp of course.  So I found a copycat recipe online for Chicken Scampi - evidently a favorite at the Olive Garden.  I can't wait to try it.  I hope the flavors are all I am expecting.
