Smoked Whitefish Spread

I make this every Passover from salmon that my husband smokes himself.  I package it in containers for friends and family to be shared during Passover. 

1/3 cup flaked smoked fish (salmon or any white flesh fish)

8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 to 3 TB snipped chives
2 TB minced green onion
2 or 3 TB sour cream
dash cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients except fish. Fold in flaked fish. Allow to chill for at least 4 hours. Great on bagels or matzah.
